kali linux – virturalbox error ‘virtualbox error query virtual memory information’ (rc = -5637)(0xc0000409). What shoud I do?

I recently installed virtualbox and a pre-built VM Kali linux.
I tried to opem Kali Linux Vm with virtual box and I encounterd an error saying
‘virtualbox error query virtual memory information’.

I checked the memory settings of VM and there is an icon telling me something is wrong.

I reinstalld Virtual box and Kali linux pre built VM several times.
I also tried installing Virtual box as Administrator.

But I’m encountering errors again.

What should I do to execute Pre built kali linux VM?
