Can’t access GUI after fresh install on Raspberry Pi – Plugins

I just installed OMV on a Raspberry Pi 4B running PiOS Lite (64 bit, bookworm) using the install script. After the install was complete, I tried going to the IP adress of the pi on my browser but I cannot reach the web server. I have confirmed the IP and am able to ssh into the device. I also tried changing the ports using omv-firstaid. I tried the new port and also got nothing. I also verified that nginx is running by checking the systemctl status nginx.service. I am not sure what else to try. Any help would be very much appreciated!
