nginx – Reverse proxy to Znuny perl scripts with clean URLs

Installed: Znuny 6.5.11 on Debian 12 and Apache

Desired redirects:

http://support.domain.net/ to http://support.domain.net/otrs/customer.pl
http://support.domain.net/agent to http://support.domain.net/otrs/index.pl
http://support.domain.net/public to http://support.domain.net/otrs/public.pl

Ideally, after the above is solved, next step:
To have clean URLs in browser address bar, instead of the intricate/busy/revealing of the sorts:

http://support.domain.net:8099/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSystemConfigurationGroup;RootNavigation=Core::Email::PostMaster
http://support.domain.net/agent *(nothing extra)*

I have been unsuccessfully experimenting with nginx reverse proxy ideas/fragments from google searches… Obviously far from understanding.

I have had successes with reverse proxies but not with redirecting a /directoryA to /directoryB/file.pl
