Google Cloud does not accept activation by payment card

I am encountering an issue while trying to activate my account on Google Cloud.

When I reach the payment method stage and input my payment card information, the following error message appears:
“Action unsuccessful. This action couldn’t be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]”

Kindly note that I am using a Wise card for this process.

I would appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue.
