Open “Song Builder”.
Select “Custom” in Set all chords.
Select “Song Presets” or “Mode Presets” without any customisation.
Select “Set all chords” again.
The screen will be surrounded by a red frame and no sound will be produced.

In this situation, all Song Builder modes can be selected simultaneously.
The same problem also occurs in Sunbird. Probably a common problem for all guitar libraries.
