How can you restore a sql database from azure sql managed instance to azure sql server

In terms of your question, there is an article here about an auto backup that is done on databases on Azure: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/recovery-using-backups?view=azuresql&tabs=azure-portal

You can see if your database has been backed up. If it has, you should be able to restore this on your subscription. In terms of moving, it between subscriptions, I am unsure if you can do this. You may be better downloading the database from Azure and re-uploading it on a new subscription.
