I’ve been trying to fix my problem for a week. After enabling secure boot, I get a blue screen. I described all the progress in solving the problem so far on the Microsoft Community Forum at this link:

answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_11-performance/secure-boot-make-bsod/1fc84ae7-84ee-4b8d-9688-e71dece60218?messageId=42b1551e-124f-4f88-88e3-c04551e1bf72

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fix the problem, but the moderator suggested that the problem may be:

“This means that for some reason during your installation of Windows 11, a FAT32 partition was not created to store the EFI boot, which could indeed cause your situation. This situation requires you to manually create such a partition to store the EFI boot files. “

Then he suggested that I write here. After enabling secure boot, all disks disappear from the list of boot devices and only the MCT pendrive remains. MCT pendrive was suggested by the moderator to use it to repair the system at boot, but after booting from this pendrive I get a BSOD. The error code is in the screenshot.
