boot – create new EFI partition on Ubuntu
I have dual-booted Windows and Ubuntu 22.04. My Windows has a 100MB EFI partition. I don’t want to install the Ubuntu boot files on it. So, I created a separate EFI partition via the Ubuntu installer. After rebooting, I mounted the Windows EFI to see, but it seems Ubuntu installed on the Windows EFI partition. How can I avoid this? I tried Ubuntu 24.04, but I think there is no option. Basically, I need to install Ubuntu boot files on a separate EFI partition. If you know how to fix this problem, please help me.
