Sheet Set Manager and Blocks

I have tried developing a title block that will be semi-automated using the attributes and fields features. Something I have noticed is that a new block will be generated when I create and add a new sheet to the sheet set manager. Did I do something wrong to get a unique block for each new sheet? How can I use the same block in new sheets that will be updated across all of the drawings if a change is made to one?
