Build a dashboard report for performance monitor and backup status for Multiple Azure SQL server & databases

I need to build a dashboard report for performance monitor on memory, data file size, log file size ,and backup status for Multiple Azure SQL servers & databases. I used to able to able to do it on premises but now most SQL servers and databases are in the cloud and become more complicated to connect and with no SQL agent jobs. Thus, I find it difficult to collect their performance on long queries and backup status, data and log file sizes due to the way the connection in cloud. In the past I would place a sub script on each SQL server for each job to run and a Master job main script to collect the subscript data and created a dashboard report. Any helps is appreciated.
