client.start : Connection refused (Connection refused)

Hi,

Using vertx-rabbitmq-client version 3.9.12. Making use of RabbitMQOptions to create a connection to rabbitmq server.

I am able to connect via port 5672 but not able to connect via TLS port 5671.

Have enabled TLS configuration at rabbitmq configurations.

Getting below error at client logs:

client.start :  Connection refused (Connection refused)

How to enable ssl at client side code. Using “amqps” did not help and RabbitMQOptions setSsl() is not available for 3.x versions. We cannot upgrade to 4.x.
