node-red mssql and mysql node

Hi all, I’m new to this so please bear with me. I have been fiddling around with node-red cause I am wow-ed by this exciting tech… I am trying to do a client webpage sending POST to a server side node and then run a query or stored procedure( not quite there yet) , but my problem is that I always get an error message regardless of which db node mysql or mssql I use (it’s the same message, not in debug but in the dev console (chrome)) which is :

my servers are up and running and the configuration in the mysql node looks ok to me ( I do use auth but took it out for the sake of posting).

Can anyone help me or point me to some guide/howto?
