virtualbox – Driver issue with virtual machines on Windows 11

I have an issue that has been happening for months. In Windows 11, when I install virtual machines using VirtualBox (especially Windows machines), they perform really poorly. This issue becomes more pronounced, especially when I install the guest additions. The problem persists despite having a high-performance machine with an 12th generation i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and allocating 8GB of RAM and 8/20 cores to the virtual machine. The problem is consistent and worsens when I install the guest additions. How can I resolve this issue without reverting to Windows 10? (eng).

I tried installing and reinstalling VirtualBox, installing and reinstalling the guest additions, experimenting with different configurations on the virtual machine, reinstalling computer drivers, and ChatGPT is providing me with very ambiguous responses(eng).
