node.js – node js static files in IIS

I used IIS proxy server to deploy an express js project and i used PM2 to run the server
now everything runs perfect the domain is api.alaqsa-pay.com
i have folder for uploads in folder src
this is an example for image path api.alaqsa-pay.com/api/uploads/apps/1692545652986-play.png
the broswer dose not understand that is a path of image it thinks it an endpoint so the image not show in the website
this is code for express static for uploads
app.use('/api/uploads', express.static('uploads'));

how can i solve this problem
