  • Azure Active Directory
  • DNS/DCHP configuration and issues
  • Exchange Online and On Prem
  • Outlook client issues
  • O365 Apps and O365 License management
  • SMTP configurations
  • SharePoint On Prem and Online experience
  • List/Document management-SharePoint
  • One Drive and One Note issues
  • Need to have good knowledge on Adobe and Zoom application
