Cannot connect Azure Devops and Azure using Visual Studio Subscription

I’m trying to connect to Azure DevOps and Azure Resource manager using Service principal.

First I was not able to create service principal and i was able to resolved that by moving to a different AAD as given azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/updates/edit-directory-now-in-new-portal/

I also createed one app registration for multitenant. But the issue I’m facing is in “Branding”
and it asks me to add MPN ID to verify the publisher.

Whatever I do is for my study purpose and I don’t have any of the requirements specified

How I can deploy to Azure by connecting to my test Azure DevOps organization.
