Azure Maps Geolocation Service is now generally available | Azure updates

The Azure Maps Geolocation Service is now generally available. The Geolocation Service, a REST API, enables developers to get an ISO country code for a specified IP address (IPv4 or IPv6). The country information can subsequently be used to customize application user experiences, display or restrict content for users based on geographic location among other use cases.

To get started with Azure Maps and the Azure Maps Geolocation Service, please go to the Azure Maps documentation, and create an Azure Maps account for free if you don’t already have one.
