Samplers, can we do this in Bitwig (in: Bitwig)

Hi, any Bitwigs samplers. I am only a basic level user of sampler.
I came across that two videos (that use ableton, grr) in quick succession and wondered what we can and can’t do from this in Bitwig. (sorry, I have also not done a deep dive of the manual yet)
One is about making your own multi samples, and the other is about making rough percussion recordings and doing the audio quantize.
