You are going to struggle trying to find an ‘effect’ which cleanly transposes (you haven’t specified how far) polyphonic material. You would be better looking at what your DAW offers regarding region/clip pitch shifting before looking for an effect.

However, if your source material is monophonic you could use Autotune, SoundToys LittleAlterBoy, AUNewPitch in Logic, but I would start at off-line solutions (DAW region/clip functions rather than a real-time effect, if you can.
