jave – Can’t open file with eclipse-java with “Unhandled event loop exception”

My eclipse version is:
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (includes Incubating components)
Version: 2021-12 (4.22.0).
And my system is ubuntu 16.04.

Each time I select File -> Open File from the eclipse menu, there is an error popped up, saying “Unhandled event loop exception No more handles”.

I have installed the softwares from archive.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201309271200/4.3/, but that can’t fix my problem.
Do you know how to resolve that? Thanks a lot!
