Configuring SQL Server Reporting Services on Azure VM

So, I have a VM on Azure and a Managed Instance Database. I want to put SQL Server Reporting Services on the VM, and stow the databases in the instance. That seems straightforward enough. But the problem is installing SSRS itself, which moans about a key, which presumably is the key related to the instance, but…how does one find the instance key?

Before anyone suggests Power BI, this is a legacy set of reports that no one has any interest in modifying that are needed to support a proprietary product that needs the reporting services calls via web services. And the only barrier I seem to be hitting that reporting services will NOT install without a product key I am unsure where to find.
