As far as I know, some members contacted Luftrum and he explained to them how to do it. So, I really don’t know what happened after that. I also offered my help if anyone wants to do the 2nd hand section but no one contacted me. I really thought someone would start the Charity other than Luftrum. So, sorry, I have no idea whom you should contact.
