TrackComp emulates/models exact units. Voosteq is more a modular build your own compressor. Quite versatile also in sound.
TrackComp wants to give quick results with known compressor models and is more clean on the GUI.
I’m not saying Voosteq Material is not quick to set up, but you certainly can tweak more settings and therefore it may take longer to set a sound, but more exploration/experimentation is possible here.
I have and like both, but use TrackComp quite more often.
